This report focuses on enhancing household resilience among cocoa farming families in Côte d’Ivoire, addressing research questions related to income sustainability, environmental challenges, and intervention effectiveness. Using segmentation analysis based on data collected from 89,987 cocoa farming households, the study identifies three main household groups with distinct characteristics and needs. Findings reveal significant barriers to income growth and resilience among cocoa farming households, with only a small percentage achieving a living income.
